Service for Charlie Fife, Jr., 77, of Granbury was to be Saturday, Dec. 16, at Martin’s Funeral Home Chapel in Granbury. The Rev. Jay Conway was to officiate. Burial was to follow at Holly Hills Chapel of Faith Mausoleum.

Fife died Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2000, in Granbury.

Born May 7, 1923, in Germania, Miss., he was a retired supervisor for LTV. He married Claudia Tommie Ross in Arlington in 1969. He served in the U.S. Marines during World War II and had lived in Granbury for the past 12 years. He formerly owned a trucking company in Wise County.

He is survived by a brother, Thomas Fife of Haltom City; one sister, Kara Mae Lewallen of Granbury; a step-daughter, Tomi Rea Siddon of Virginia; three nieces and three nephews.
