Word has been received in Lead of the unexpected death of Emert Frazier, former resident, Monday afternoon [August 16, 1965] in Seattle, Wash.
Frazier, who attended the 40th reunion of the Lead High School Class of 1925 about ten days ago, apparently suffered a fatal heart attack, according to Mrs. William Ferguson, Lead, a sister-in-law.
Frazier, who was employed by the Park Service of Seattle, served with the U.S. Marines during World War II. He had made his home in Seattle for about 20 years.
Survivors include his wife, the former Martha Mattson, Lead, to whom he was married Jan. 9, 1941. Among his other survivors are two brothers, Carter Frazier, Denver, Colo.; Arthur Frazier, who resides in North Carolina; and two nieces, Mrs. R. J. Enderby, Lead, and Mrs. Clifford Keysor, Sturgis.
The funeral services are tentatively scheduled for Thursday in Seattle.
