Edward B. “June” Schuster, age 86, of Fairfield, Ohio died Friday March 16, 2007 at 1:05 a.m. at Manor Care at Woodridge. He was born on May 22, 1920 in Hamilton, Ohio the son of Edward and Henrietta (Newman) Schuster Sr. He was educated in the Hamilton parochial schools. He served in the U.S. Marines during WWII. He was employed at General Motors, Fisher Body Plant for 28 years, retiring in 1976. On December 7, 1942 in Newport, Kentucky he married Marie Bowling. He was a lifetime member of the DAV. He is survived by his wife Marie, his children Judy (Bob) Yount and Pete Schuster, daughter-in-law Sherry Schuster, grandchildren Kyle (Maria) Housden, Melissa (Craig) Walsh and Tracie (Brandon) Bryant, his great-grandchildren Hayley, Nathan, Hanna and Sydney, and also many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters Virginia Smith and Laverne Hubbard. Blessing Funeral Services will be Monday March 19, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at the Paul R. Young Funeral Home, 3950 Pleasant Ave. Hamilton with Fr. Larry Tharp officiating. Entombment in Greenwood Mausoleum. Visitation will be Monday from 12:30 p.m. until time of services at the funeral home. Remembrances may be sent to the American Heart Association.
