Ralph R. Zauner, 88, of Hot Springs Village died Sunday, April 21, 2013. He was born on November 6, 1924 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to William and Teresa Zauner.
Ralph was a U.S. Marine during WWII serving with Carlson’s Raiders in the South Pacific. He practiced law for over forty years. He was a member of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church where he sang in the choir for 23 years. His sense of humor, generosity of spirit, beautiful voice and boundless energy were his trademark.
Ralph is survived by his loving wife, Sally W. Zauner of Hot Springs Village; daughters, Cindy Zauner of Wisconsin and Elizabeth Davis of Idaho; daughters he shared with his wife, Lori Frazier (Greg) of Florida, Jodi Otto (Robert Schleis) of Wisconsin and Heidi Williams (Paul) of Kentucky; brother and sister, William Zauner and Rose Neuens; and grandchildren, Emily Worden Frazier, Anja Joy Frazier and Benjamin Otto-Schleis.
Memorial service will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 26 at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church with the Rev. Fr. Jim McLean officiating.
